Extremely Disappointed and Unacceptable Service!…read more I am extremely disappointed with this auto repair shop at 39 Bedford St Lexington MA. I paid my hard-earned money for a new radiator and fan, only to receive my vehicle back with a faulty aftermarket radiator, a damaged heating system, and a missing radiator cap! I took my car to Toyota dealership for a proper diagnosis, and that is when these shocking issues were discovered. Thank God I did not drive my car for too long! I could have ended up with a completely damaged engine and thousands of dollars in additional repairs. I trusted this shop to fix my vehicle, not create more problems and put my engine at risk. Instead, I wasted my money, time, and energy on a repair that was not done properly. Customers deserve honesty, professionalism, and quality service. I strongly advise anyone considering this shop to think twice. Extremely unacceptable and disappointing experience!

Their prices are now about the same as a couple of gas stations down the street a mile or two, though of course it's a newer nicer place to fuel up and go in for a pee if needed. This place is full service indeed. I got my card out and paid for the gas and gave the guy a few dollars for a fill up as a tip. Checked my online banking only to see he charged me for a tip too. Who the hell does that? I've never had that happen before at a gas station. Stay away from this place! I wish I read reviews before coming here.. but who really reads reviews for gas stations?

I stop here as it is on the way home during a long commute from work to use the facilities and grab a drink and/or snack. The cashier in the convenience store repeatedly gives me the wrong change back (usually 1-9cents in the stores favor) and is incompetent when it comes to common sense. One night mi purchase was around $7.50 and I have her a $20 however she hit the $10 tab and couldn't figure out how to give me my change. When I explained to her just give me what the screen says plus a $10 dollar bill she insisted that her drawer would be short and she couldn't do that. So instead she rescanned and voided the transaction then rescanned everything again and hit the $20 key and guess what... it was exactly the same as I told her. It's not rocket science.
