She didn't know they had been sitting at Cheerful for a week; it was just how HEK does things. I got tied up and couldn't get over there until about 15 minutes before they closed. Everyone was extremely pleasant and took care of my things in a few minutes. Could not have been a better experience! I don't expect things this fast every time but it was great to see. Ashley and the guys in the back were as nice as could be! They have a sign up that you can choose two of these three: Fast, Good, Cheap. Hate to tell them but they proved it wrong today! HEK did all three!! Will I use HEK again? Or recommend them to others? To quote their t-shirts, HEK yeah!

They did not, which means we had to wake up our sick infant so they could access the attic space. Very frustrating. Could have been completely avoided with call ahead. The tech that came was combative, had a horrible attitude, and made no effort to address my core concern solely on the basis that I'm not the owner of the property. He got there before me and was unforgivingly rude to my wife. He will not be allowed to return. I can't recommend this company, not necessarily because of their work quality, which appears average though my filter area is really janky, but because their customer service is just poor.

During discussions prior to purchased, Tim was very quick to respond to any questions. He kept us updated on the doors(when the plant would have them completed). All the installation went very well and with attention to detail. They cleaned all work areas at the end of each day. There was an item with the doors that came from the factory incorrectly, he responded within an hour and the factory replaced the item the next day!
