Once again , completed on time and perfectly done. The following job was to rip out a decaying basement floor and and replace it with tile , adding a powder room and a drop ceiling . The job was done to perfection and added so much more living room to the house. Gary installed a Fujitsu air conditioning system with two splits ; one for the down stairs and the second for the bedroom. I wish I had done that sooner and again the project was perfectly completed. The last job was done during the summer of 2025. As a senior citizen I replaced my two stoops and the bath on the first floor. He added an extra step to both stoops and a re-enforced wrought iron hand rail. It came out exceeding my expectations ! He removed the window , installed a shower with a wall niche for shampoo , and a safety bar for entering the shower and exiting the shower . I had another company install a shower door. When they were finished ,the two workman told me beside being beautifully done the room was perfectly square. He showed me the seam of the closed door and it was totally flush with the tile.
