We dropped our tractor off and STRESSED call before any repairs .This New Holland only has 400…read morehours on it , the first bill from them it only had 376,learning from our first drop off so we thought ....they still did the repairs WITHOUT prior authorization,both totaling $4000.00 . The service guys blamed each other (not my problem ) than they couldn't find my keys and said maybe they are in it (called saying done 6/6 and we picked up 6/15 was out country so it sat outside with keys? Not responsible) To top it off I wanted old part returned to me for their paperwork stated clutch was still good , they gave me every excuse,but DID NOT give me the part at this point I feel we were scammed . Poor business ethics. We will drive extra miles before returning to this store .
