I wanted to update my review of Northern Michigan RV. It took approximately 6 weeks for the…read morecorrect slide topper to be delivered. Kevin, in the service department scheduled me as quickly as possible based on my schedule and I was in the shop 2 days later for the install. I had some problems at home retracting the slide out and discovered some loose lag screws, once tightened it retracted and when I got to the dealer I mentioned it to him and he assured me that they'd take care of it. He also remembered my request from the first visit and had them lubricate the tv antenna gears etc. They ended up cutting us a good deal on the install, but I have to say that Kevin was very nice to deal with, and showed that Northern Michigan RV was committed to making a bad situation good. That is good customer service and I will most certainly continue to give them service. I appreciate how they handled and rectified the situation.

We called many places and everyone was closing at noon and couldn't help. We finally found N&J and when we called Norm answered, heard our issue and said he could fix it that day assuming it wasn't something beyond the brake line. It was towed to them using our AAA program and between Norm and Joey they quickly started on the issue for us. After replacing the line, bleeding the brakes (sorry Norm, I know on my Chevy that is a pain....) and 2.5 hours later I was on my way. $312 was one heck of a value for out of towners desperate to continue on to our final vacation destination in the U.P. Reading the negative reviews I have to wonder if those people really appreciate being helped in the worst of situations. This shop and specifically Norm and Joey were outstanding, friendly and very kind. They made a terrible situation for our family a fleeting memory a few hours later and the cost was reasonable compared to my own shop at home. Thank you guys and I hope my review helps others make the decision to use your services - you were GREAT and your price was very reasonable. The Johnson's, Miami County, Ohio
