He was the only service that was reachable on Sunday. He called me back that morning to find out what I was needed, and he was very candid that he would have a hard time coming to help me the same day, and he recommended another provider who was nearer to my location. He then called back in the evening to confirm that he wasn't going to able to help me right away. Thus, I can't tell you whether his work or his prices are any good. But my experience indicates that he's very responsive and very attentive to customers' needs.

Had a truck hit my well this summer and the company that hit my well paid high amount of money for…read morerepair on my well head as soon as the first freeze and thaw this year my whole well head fell to the left and I got a bunch of sand down my well when I explained it to him the guy came out and said oh you're well's been hit my well's not been hit there's no mark on my well that is scratched or compromised the plastic well nothing it hasn't been touched lo and behold he tells me he's not going to deal with this and it's on me so they don't stand behind their work and they're very disrespectful to customers as far as I'm concerned they're the worst quality well drilling place in the Petoskey area and I would not recommend them for anything if they come and repair my well and do what they're supposed to do and do it right like I expected the first time and fix what they have broken I will retract this but if they leave this and you see it it means they have done nothing and as far as they're concerned they don't care so really think about that when you're thinking about having a well done don't go to these folks.

This company is the absolute best!!!!!…read more They have the greatest group of people working for them!! We were in bad shape in August with our WELL not working. Our pump went bad and was a special order pump due to it being a 3". They fixed the WELL , with a quick turn around, and even worked overtime to make sure we had water!
