By 9:30 am, Ethan & Glen arrived to assess my situation. It appeared that I had a lighting hit on my pump and needed a new one. Instead of bringing in a big truck that would cause problems to my low hanging tree, they brought in a crew to pull the pipes by hand. Had a truck hit my well this summer and the company that hit my well paid high amount of money for…read morerepair on my well head as soon as the first freeze and thaw this year my whole well head fell to the left and I got a bunch of sand down my well when I explained it to him the guy came out and said oh you're well's been hit my well's not been hit there's no mark on my well that is scratched or compromised the plastic well nothing it hasn't been touched lo and behold he tells me he's not going to deal with this and it's on me so they don't stand behind their work and they're very disrespectful to customers as far as I'm concerned they're the worst quality well drilling place in the Petoskey area and I would not recommend them for anything if they come and repair my well and do what they're supposed to do and do it right like I expected the first time and fix what they have broken I will retract this but if they leave this and you see it it means they have done nothing and as far as they're concerned they don't care so really think about that when you're thinking about having a well done don't go to these folks.
