We took our Stihl weed wacher to Hutson nearly a month ago. Because we had heard nothing from…read morethem, my husband drove the half an hour over there to check on the repair. They had not even started it, nor had they even ordered the parts. Their "reason" was that there is nobody there who can work on a Stihl until late September. They suggested we just buy a new one. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? They kept us waiting nearly a month, never bothered to communicate, and thought the remedy was to make even more money on us??? We are VERY good customers. We have purchased a lawn tractor, numerous pieces of lawn equipment, chainsaws in different sizes, and even purchased a chainsaw for each of our kids. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. When Hutson purchased this business, it had a stellar reputation. It takes years to build a good reputation, and weeks to demolish it. They have lost a good customer.
