This appliance repair shop is not competent. I've had them out numerous times to repair a year old refrigerator ice maker. They assessed the situation, took my credit card number (which made me uneasy, but I was told that's their business practice) and left. They returned a few weeks later, and replaced a water valve, charging me $450. That didn't work. They ordered another valve, then missed several more appointments without calling to let me know. I kept calling them, and the lady basically said it wasn't up to her, acting like she didn't know what was going on. This is a husband and wife operation, with a couple of service people. She knew. More weeks passed. I finally asked for my money back, and someone showed up that same day. They ordered yet another valve. They have not installed it. To top this off, they charged my credit card another $450, without asking me or performing the service. I noticed it on my monthly statement, and stopped payment. This started in May, and it is now October and my ice maker still doesnt work, and water is puddling in the fridge. Steer clear of these people. read more
