I had this company fix an appliance one time before, and they did a good job. The second time I had an appointment scheduled for a Monday, and the lady doing the scheduling asked if she could reschedule for Friday when they had all of the parts. I confirmed that it would be ok. When Friday came around, she told me that she would not have scheduled a Friday appointment in my area. I told her everyone makes mistakes, and I have the voicemail from her stating that it would be scheduled for Friday if she would like to hear it. She said F___ you, I wouldn't schedule it for that day, and I'm sending your ticket back. I asked to speak to someone in charge. She said she was the boss. The technicians do a great job, but the "boss" is extremely unprofessional. Edit: It turns out the person who was rude on the phone was the secretary and not the actual boss. The actual boss called me the next day, and I shared the voicemail from the secretary with her. She apologized for the secretaries actions. The technician came out the next business day and quickly fixed my dryer. As a result, I'm bumping my review from one star to three stars. Hopefully the secretary will be less reactive in the future. read more

I have a 20 year old whirlpool washer that would not rinse or spin clothes. Matt came out and encouraged me to keep the washer and make a $200 repair. My GE refrigerator quit working and was making a loud audible clicking noise. They sent Mark over who immediately identified the problem and ordered the part. A few days later he returned and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. Mark was personable and proved to have a lot of knowledge in his field. He did not look for ways to price gouge me, he made a fair assessment and took the appropriate action to fix my fridge (needed a new control board.) Mark even gave helpful tips on how to keep the fridge lasting longer after the repair was made. I would definitely recommend Advanced Appliance Repair in the future or Mark specifically! read more
