I called Frigidaire they set up an appointment but they said call TRI Lakes appliance repair. I called and spoke with Tammy, there she actually got me in two days earlier for the repair. She was extremely helpful in setting up the appointment and making sure that she had the information so that it would be only one time I gave her the model and serial number. She is responded back to my emails even if it's at 7:00 or 8:00 at night. They set up the appointment with Brian. Brian came out with all the parts necessary to repair it but the number for the some of the parts were not even in Frigidaire system yet he put in the ones that it showed going in there but they did not work because Frigidaire had not the updated parts for the new model. Brian walked me through the process for getting Frigidaire all the information needed for this to be completed. Brian called it the day before to confirm appointment and said he would be out later in the afternoon to make sure the parts came in for my new Frigidaire oven. The parts came in but he came early when he got the parts and it said a 5:00 came at like 3:00 and called me on the way. Great guy. Both Brian and Tammy help me with Frigidaire and getting and taking care of my oven and warranty issues. This is a great company great customer service, great service people. I wish all the companies I ever worked with or as good as them. I lived in a 40 unit condo complex and was the board president and head of Maintenance.
