Professional, thorough, patient and highly skilled! His assistant is one of the best I've encountered. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Dr Pernoud and his team thoroughly explained the anesthesia and surgery (Extraction of all 4 wisdom teeth 2 impacted). Their equipment may have looked older as the other review said but it was all completely functional in great working order. The office was clean and professional. The only side that had swelling or hurt was the side the two were impacted on. The stitches I can't even feel, and the bleeding stopped after about 30 min post surgery, I was able to remove the gauze. I would recommend this oral surgeon to anyone who has anxiety about the dentists office because they were great about answering questions and providing a comfortable environment. I'm most impressed with the stitches and care put into extraction. I wasn't able to get them removed as a teen, and being 24 with the roots fully formed, it still went amazing.

I left the office in uncontrollable pain, and was only given ibuprofen and Tylenol. I was told by Dr. Pernoud that that was all he could give me. After two days of excruciating pain I called in to his office, and was mocked for have a low pain tolerance, and given a few hydro condone. I went back in to his office a week later due to bleeding from my sinuses, still in horrible pain, numbness, and could not open my mouth. I told the nurse that I could not open my mouth very wide, and she told me that I was going to open my mouth and they were going to open it wide. When I got back to see Dr. Pernoud he told me to open my mouth, I opened my mouth and he very roughly forced my mouth open wider with his interments. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, he is greatly lacking in bedside manor and compassion.

Please please think twice before going here!!! I am not one to leave reviews especially when they…read moreare negative. My husband, kids and I well needless to say we will not be going back! The rudeness from the staff alone will make you want to stay away, they had no patiences and kept telling my 2 YEAR OLD that he was rude so ignorantly. He was having mouth pain and all they did was throw antibiotics at us to give him. Fast forward a Couple months to now , my 2 yr old still has the same mouth issues. We went for a different opinion , come to fine out he has a serve case of misalignment jaw and will need surgery. The most disturbing part is how they tried to convince my sister-inlaw to pull her perfectly pearly white FRONT TOOTH ! Thank God she didn't listen and got a second opinion! I mean FRONT TOOTH! The cherry on top was when my husband went in and endure the rudeness's once again and was told by Dr.Andy that my husband has cracked his tooth and needs a crown blah blah blah. "It's serious and needs to be done today or the next." Well got a second opinion for shits and giggles and his tooth is completely fine ! Over $700 hundred dollars we would of owed for NOTHING! Money hungry!!!! The lies!!!! Good luck there!

I saw Connie rieser for a root canal and crown about 7 years ago. I had to go back and tell her…read moresomething didn't feel right about the crown and that big chunks of food were getting stuck in it. She blew me off and said sorry there is nothing I can do. I said I'm 28, this is going to suck if I have to deal with that for the rest of my life. She didn't care. So 7 years later... yesterday I had a dentist appointment with a whole other dentist. She informed me that my crown was not done correctly and had a huge gap in it and that the gap had allowed food to get in there and It's also a place where you cannot brush and ultimately there is decay under my crown. So I have to get all the decay removed and fit for a whole other crown. And they are not even sure they can save the tooth. I wasn't happy with connies work then, and I'm super upset about it now. Connie, you have wasted my time and money and now probably my tooth. I hope your a better dentist now and giving your patients good service and caring about their teeth the way you should.
