That's is not their fault. Everything I planned to send a payment in..something else in life came first. We've all been there. Both my husband & I are disabled & are unable to even pick up PT work at the time & our savinf was zero. Dudek was very patient in understanding the situation as I suspect I probably was not the only customer they were calling about a bill. The office manager called me before my bill would be 90 days past due to let me know that if not paid before the 30th..my account t would accumulate another large interest fee & be turned over to collections. She was hoping I could manage something to prevent that action from happening. (Plus I think when accounts go to collection..companies never recover the full amount due but only a % anyway). But, she could have been rude & disrespectful..but she wasnt . The sercice dept I have found to be top notch. Thankfully, we rarely need to use them for an emergency..we have a service plan that they come & service the unit once a year..maintain & teoubleshoot any potential issues before that 2am call is necessary. Im not sure if they have the cheapest price on oil..but its competitive.

This summer, after 24 years of good service, our Lennox air conditioner unit failed. We asked…read morerepresentatives from several local companies to evaluate the situation, make recommendations, and submit an estimate to replace the unit. Almost all the representatives that contacted us noted that a failed compressor was the problem Another problem was that our unit was located beneath the roof in a third-floor attic. We decided to go with Continental Engineering, the same company that installed our unit 24 years ago. While each of the representatives was knowledgeable and courteous, it was Richard DiRocco from Continental Engineering that impressed us the most. Not only did he give us a reasonable estimate, but he also described how that unit on the third floor could be accessed and removed. Our min contact was Pam in the main office who made all the arrangements. When the day for the new units arrived, Roger and two assistants installed the new units. They were amazing. Before they removed the original unit, they put cloth over the stairs and other areas where they would be working. Everyone we dealt with at Continental was informative, helpful, and very professional. We look forward to many more years of comfort with our new unit.

Interrupts every sentence and if you mention anything like CFM ratings, he will dismiss you as being a 'know it all' even if you're asking him a question. It seems technical questions are above his knowledge and you're just expected to believe everything, even if it contradicts the experience or symptoms that led to the call. I've searched for this being a legitimate business through the Dept of Commerce and the division of taxation, neither have a listing for being a valid business. I'm still waiting for the final confirmation but it appears that this business is not registered to do business in RI.

I received an email in August stating that I had a balance over due so called the company stating that I had no prior knowledge of the service. Somehow giving the customer a call to schedule a service was too difficult for these people. I explicitly told the person on the phone that they are to notify me prior to coming onto my property. I even have a "No Trespassing/Private Property" sign at the entrance. HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION FROM THIS COMPANY.
