When I called them for services, they had cancelled my account. The person that I spoke to said that they couldn't service my equipment, because basically it was an all or nothing deal. They cancelled my service before the end of my service date. That stinks and is so unfair. They need to let people know that in advance.

I narrowly avoided a propane explosion because of this company's failure to fix a common problem…read more They repaired a water leak on the boiler in November, then we scheduled an inspection/cleaning in December since the unit had no been serviced in quite a few years, which Kafin was aware of. On both occasions, the technician had to relight the pilot and never said a word about the corroded thermocouple right there in plain sight. (for those who are not familiar with a thermocouple, it's the MOST common item to fail, especially in cold weather). This should have been caught on one of those 2 visits. We began smelling gas in the garage the last week in January. When the boiler stopped working the following Saturday, along with a strong gas smell upstairs, we requested an emergency service call. The technician found the thermocouple was severely corroded, also causing the gas to leak. The bad part was replaced and the boiler re-lit. Their failure to catch the problem on either of previous visits almost caused a gas explosion. I cannot recommend this company.

Tech Alex claimed they aren't able to replace the refrigerant anymore. Said the unit was too old to be serviced and that the blower in the attic was corroded and needed to be replaced. Performed none of the required maintenance and gave her a quote for a new unit. $18,000. Keep in mind I do maintenance for a living, so I know a few basic things. I got home and looked up the refrigerant and it says you can still use R410a refrigerant, but new units can't be made using it. Lie #1 I opened the unit and did some voltage measurements to find no voltage coming in to the contactor. I checked the breaker. Was fine. Opened the Disconnect box and noticed the red service handle was set to OFF. I pulled it out, flipped it to ON and sure enough, the unit began working as if nothing happened. If the capacitor was bad, it wouldn't have come on. Lie #2 I opened the case on the condenser to find it had not been cleaned at all. I cleaned it. Vacuumed all the leaves and sprayed the coils off with a garden hose. I've heard this company has changed owners recently. Obviously, they don't have the customer's best interests in mind. I am pissed.

She…read moreshared how neat and tidy they were when working in her space and how they cleaned up after themselves before leaving. We contacted them to replace a toilet in our upstairs bathroom and to do some maintanence on our heating system because one of the zones wasn't responding properly. We set a date and time and two guys arrived, right on time, they were super nice and completed both projects in about an hour. They cleaned up, took the packaging from the new toilet and the old toilet with them, and went on their way, it couldn't have been more easy for us.
