The front desk staff was so nice to everyone, even to those who were particularly difficult, and I have to applaud them because I could not keep my cool if I was in their same position. Once in the room, the medical assistant took my vitals and listened to my concerns. He gave me the rapid swab and Dr. Gupta came in to consult, who was also very attentive and a good listener. I was out of there within 40mins altogether. The staff was so great, the place was clean, and I felt very heard. Really appreciate it! Also got my results within an hour as they said. Luckily negative!

He's usually open every day until around 7, but due to one of the Jewish holidays, he was closed. I say all this because I've had bad experiences at other urgent cares before. They'd tell me to grab something over the counter or "follow up with your PCP," and I'd end up wasting a $30-$40 copay for advice I'd already tried. This visit was completely different. The check-in process was quick, the wait time was reasonable, and the front desk staff was genuinely kind and attentive. NP Tammy was incredible she made me feel seen, heard, and cared for. Her bedside manner was so comforting, and the level of care felt just like seeing my regular PCP. If you're looking for an urgent care that actually listens, provides real treatment, and won't make you feel rushed, I highly recommend this location!

An NP comes in and apologizes that the front desk did not tell me that they do not have an x-ray technician on-site. I would not have gone to them had I known this beforehand. Obviously the NP could not do anything for me at all without the ability to x-ray, though it was quite obvious that my hand was fractured. So I left. A month later I get a bill for $100 after my insurance already paid $400. Called them up and the billing department basically says yea no matter what . . . in-network, out-of-network, no insurance, doesn't matter: it's now $500 to walk into the urgent care for a visit whether they do anything for you or (in my case) nothing at all. What an absolute rip-off, number one. And number two, this needs to be transparent. Many people, such as myself, would opt to go somewhere else if we knew that they're going to bill this much just to walk into a room and a guy tells you that you have to go somewhere else.
