The space itself is clean and has a lot going for it, though it was very quiet when we first arrived. All the TVs were off and there was no music, which made it feel a bit empty at first. When music was eventually turned on, it was hard to hear over a Bluetooth speaker coming from the kitchen. A little background music and some ambiance would go a long way. Service-wise, our waitress was friendly, but we didn't see her very often and had to flag down the cook a few times through the kitchen window to get her attention. A bit more interaction on the floor would really elevate the experience. That said, I would absolutely return. I've heard great things about their garlic knots and wings and can't wait to try those next time. I'm also hoping they get their ABC license soon -- I think offering beer will help bring in more business and energy. I'd really like to see this place succeed and look forward to coming back.
