Well, after sitting in the new recliner at home, I found that it was not going to be comfortable for me. I went back to the store and talked to our salesman, Ben, and basically, he said "no problem" I picked out another one, they came and got the other one and delivered the new one a couple of days later. But Tim didnt let that happen... Worked with us till we got caught up and never once threatened us to take anything. Now we paid normally and what we could extra after missing some payments.
