The day before the delivery I received a call that my order would not be delivered for another 7-10 days. I already sold my old furniture and was sitting on beach chair's. HUGE inconvenience. Mark ask to wave the delivery charge, the manager said no and offered no regrets. No problem I took my bissness out of town. Feel bad for Mark he tried. Don't get rid of your old stuff till you have the new. Lesson learned!

We were looking for a recliner and they were having a sale. We're fairly new to the area. We found…read moreone, and bought it. They delivered it, and took our old loveseat out of the house. Well, after sitting in the new recliner at home, I found that it was not going to be comfortable for me. I went back to the store and talked to our salesman, Ben, and basically, he said "no problem" I picked out another one, they came and got the other one and delivered the new one a couple of days later. I am so happy we went there! Nice place, nice people! Whenever we need furniture, that's where we'll be going. Thanks McKinnon Furniture for a great experience.

But Tim didnt let that happen... Worked with us till we got caught up and never once threatened us to take anything. Now we paid normally and what we could extra after missing some payments. But its refreshing when working with these kinds of companies that the first thing wasnt to pick up all 4 accounts just to make some goals at the end of the week.

(TRASH SOFTWARE)..... i told them i did not want the software, the basically said tough... its not our choice, you get it no matter what. ... with this i ripped up the contract and stormed out very pissed... i was going to go back the next week to buy a washer/dryer set, they can kiss that revenue good bye.
