I was told to sleep on it for 2 week telling me that it was firmer than I though. After the two weeks I called to let FOX Mattress know it was still saggy and not good for my back. The man I spoke to told me there was nothing they would do to make it right. I told him we will let the court decide that. The next day a woman called me and told me she was the owner and that she was sending me the firm mattress. Now another week has gone by and the firm mattress has not shown up. Gary greeted us warmly and explained how everything worked. I tried several mattresses and finally fell in love with the 17" charcoal king Beautyrest "dupe" in firm. I normally avoid firm mattresses like the plague, but the pillow top on this one had me rethinking my entire personality. Then came the shocker: the price. I spent less than I did 20 years ago, and this time I walked out with an adjustable base. An adjustable base! Who am I? Delivery was quick and painless. I had my new bedding ready to go because this mattress is a deep one--she's tall, she's dramatic, she's a moment. But... at first blush, it felt firmer than the showroom version. After a couple nights and a couple backaches, I stopped by to chat with them. Keith suggested giving it a few more nights, but of course I tested more mattresses while I was there--just in case my back decided to file a complaint. I told myself if things didn't improve, I'd switch to the plush model. Well, my back made the decision for me. I called, and Gary had the plush version delivered and swapped out the very next day. That night? One of the best sleeps I've had in ages. I'm writing this review to share my experience and to say this: if you're in Flagler County, you need to go to BedTop Mattress. Their customer service is unmatched, their prices are unbelievable, and their mattresses are fantastic. Plus, I heard they might be getting furniture soon... and yes, I'm already excited.

The brand is South Bay International and they are all made in a facility that does NOT spray chemicals on their beds. This is a huge deal! When our beds arrived I noticed no smells and IM EXTREMELY sensitive. I'm so thankful we came here. I will get a migraine if I come in contact with chemicals, so I'm most thankful.
