The condo was clean and well stocked (friends stayed in another building with a different vendor and they did not have nearly the items we had). I rent my home at Topsail Beach NC so I understand the importance of a well stocked home. Working with The Lark Mountain Group was easy. A little backstory: On May 27, 2024, I made a reservation through Airbnb to stay at Lisa's condo in February 2025. The cancellation policy required a 50% fee should the reservation be canceled at least 30 days before arrival. I paid in full when I made the reservation. Three days after the I made the reservation, I had to cancel it due to some unforeseen circumstance. I contacted Lisa and explained my situation. She could have easily stuck with the cancellation policy and charged me 50% of the total. However, she agreed to waive the fee and did so promptly. Lisa was generous and I wanted to give a shout out to her. Thank you so much, Lisa.

The bad ones will often overestimate how much your place will get in rent, attract underqualified renters, provide low quality maintenance, and as a result, you have a lot of turnover and unexpected damage to your property. I've been there with other management companies in Denver, including many with allegedly good reviews. The good ones will keep it boring in the best way--consistent, high quality renters, fair market prices, and actual property management that leads to less damage, less turnover, and better care for your property. That's what Pioneer does. They do a great job of attracting qualified tenants who PAY ON TIME. They plan ahead and make your rental property as easy as you had hoped it'd be the day you decided to turn a place into a rental. They're responsive on email and by phone, and they want to do the right thing for you. It has been a night and day difference working with PPM compared to other management companies in the area. If you're a property owner looking to rent out your place in the Denver Metro area, choose them. Your future self and your rental property will thank you for it.

These tenants get away with breaking the lease and the law and still live in there rented units. I feel discriminated against from them everytime i have a issue with another tenant or them in general. Watch out. The yard in are rented unit is weeds that all that grows there it is horrable they do not put in a dime to fix the yard they expect us to do the maintenance and spend our money to keep in in code in the city we live. If you are already renting from them take pictures of everything that is falling apart PROTECT yourselves.

The police have been out we have police reports video of the neighbors unruley actions in front of or camera, mail not delieverd due to there dog. They allow there guest to taunt us and speed up and down a residential street. We have reported ever issue (there is more) to grace management in thorton co. Letting them know we think this women or her guest are going to hurt us. They have done nothing but tell us if we want to move out they will allow us to break our lease. WE have been here 20 plus years with NO complaints from no one we do not pay us much rent as they due next door because the other unit has been remodeled.I feel we are being discrimanated against. We appreciate the promptness and professionalism of their company in making the situation right. It sounds like they will do their best to ensure this situation does not occur with future tenants. -- PREVIOUS REVIEW: DO NOT RENT PROPERTIES MANAGED BY THIS PREDATORY COMPANY. We have been renting for 15 years and never experienced such predatory practices. We were model tenants and left the apartment cleaner than any other apartment we've ever lived in. We did everything on their MULTIPLE cleaning checklists including WASHING THE FREAKING LIGHTBULBS. They still found every possible way to nickel and dime us out out of half of our security deposit, including charging us $55/hour to clean things we already cleaned or to clean things that weren't on their checklists, routine wear and tear (paint touch ups) and the gas for their maintenance guy. Also, we were told during our lease that we could not hire our own carpet cleaners and the cost of carpet cleaning would be deducted from our security deposit. After our lease ended, they sent a message indicating they assumed we'd had the carpets cleaned already. We were honest that they hadn't been cleaned because they said they had to do it. Now I wish we had done it ourselves. Getting them cleaned ourselves would have saved us quite a bit as they charged us $212 for a 900 sf apartment. Our main contact was not very professional throughout the duration of the lease. He emailed and texted us messages meant for other people on multiple occasions. Our last month in the apartment he never contacted us once on what the move-out procedure was or offered to do a final walk-through. Not knowing what else to do, we left the keys in the apartment on the last day and texted him that we'd moved out. He didn't contact us until the day after our lease ended. Now I know why! It was so he could find hundreds of dollars worth of issues with the apartment to deduct from our security deposit after it was too late for us to do anything about it. It's clear now they intended to hire their expensive professional cleaners on our dime regardless of how well we cleaned. I've never not received my full security deposit back after 15 years of renting. Do not rent from New Age Realty unless they're fine with them spending your security deposit on expensive professional cleaners. They do not treat good tenants with respect and I'm glad to be done with them.
