We really appreciated their promptness and thoroughness, especially when looking at our entire system. They analyzed our wifi speeds and coverage and suggested we switch to a mesh system that improved our speed and coverage around the house. We had a TV in a bedroom that we wanted swapped to a larger TV and we put a larger TV in our den which needed a new mounting bracket. They knew what parts we needed and got them quickly. Once we installed the mesh system they helped us update our devices including getting our SimpliSafe system up and running on the new network.
