From the very beginning, these guys were professional and easy to work with. The sales process was easy - I liked how they setup their packages/pricing. Any time I had a question, they made sure to clearly answer it. Their response time to emails and phone calls could not have been better (most of the time, they were waiting for ME to reply!) When it came to developing the new site, these guys made it a cinch. They offered many options and example sites for me to pick design elements from and also provided feedback and ideas. I wasn't sure what I wanted the site to look like initially, but they quickly had me envisioning the possibilities. Through the design process, James was phenomenal to work with. He was extremely responsive and very detailed with his questions about the site and made sure to tell me what to expect during the process. I never received a work order change to approve or even a itemized bill explain any charges that he was trying to get extra money for. The work was terrible and incomplete. After serval chances to let him fix the issues he did not. Instead he threw a fit then hung up on me. I cut my loses and got the work completed on my own. He is now harassing me through phone/ emails and leaving false reviews on my business pages demanding me to pay the extra money I never agreed to for work that was never done. This has been the most unprofessional, incompetent and dishonest company I have ever worked with.
