Macy, JC Penny, Dicks, and Apple are still present. The Exchange/Mall is brightly lit, very clean, and food court is decent. There are sections of the Exchange/Mall where either the A/C isn't working or is overloaded by the sun and windows and can't keep up.

They also have a Lego store and a Build a Bear which really aren't in any of the other masks around the area. Large food court area should you choose to dine at the mall. Just be prepared to be in traffic entering and exiting the mall.

It wasn't until 30 mins AFTER the scheduled time, was when I finally heard back that she accidentally overbooked that day. She wanted to reschedule THREE hours later, in which I could not afford to spare any time considering I had a photo shoot scheduled before my ceremony and the time allotted for completion would have taken 2 hours. She said she would come to the venue, but I didn't not have access to the venue by the time SHE would be ready. I also didn't want my makeup and hair rushed. I even offered to come to her, so she would at least take her time, but got ghosted. (And at this point I wouldn't even trust that she would show up on the second scheduled time) So on my WEDDING DAY, I had to use whatever makeup I had and my own hair tools. If she would have communicated and wanted to cancel I would've found a backup plan, but that opportunity was not given. I'm not one to write bad reviews, but this has to be known. Your trial may be successful, but when it counts she will not show up on your event day. I would assume it was because it was just me, and maybe she took on a bigger party. Which once again if that was communicated I would've found a plan b. Very unprofessional and unacceptable and would not want any other bride going through this.

Natalia did my makeup for my baby shower and it was beautiful . I still looked like myself but enhanced. She was very sweet and patient with me. I booked her and my mom for my maternity shoot. Again she did an excellent job and recognised that the makeup had to pop more due to pictures professionally being taken . She was very patient with my mom and I and again I loved that she made us look like ourselves but enhanced the makeup room is nicely decorated and cute and the vibe is complete with music she plays in the background. This is got to be my 7-10 trip here and never have I ever once been I impressed.... I've been let…read moredown the last few times but never truly let down. The last few times I ended up walking out without purchasing any thing this time I was out of some of my favorites, leave for a trip tomorrow, and did not have a choice other than to purchase it in person nearby. Sephora was my favorite place in Dallas so it's where I always get my make up but this is an absolute nightmare - at one point I think it was obvious that I was irritated and about to take a picture of three people gossiping with Starbucks orders, and a young man came over and I'm not sure what he said but then he asked how my day was going with an attitude because I asked him what he said because I couldn't hear him the first time and then when I was leaning over to grab some thing asked me what I was looking for and I said the brand that was right in front of me and he was like well look no further it's right in front of you, as if I was blind, and could not see it..... it was utterly painful Lastly, I finally get in line and there's about 15 people in front of me three people get on the register and the line is starting to go down and move quickly than one person peels off and there's two and then I finally get up and a girl looks at me look down at my stuff and goes yeah, the next broken. Check you out signs off and leaves and gets on her phone.... The other girl had an issue with the person she was checking out so it was another 5+ minutes and then finally when I get checked out she asks if I found everything ok and I said barely and asked who helped me and I said no one- and she seemed shocked and repeated it and I reinforced not a single sole... she wasn't thrilled or nice afterwards - I'm guessing she didn't like my answer but don't know what to tell her when I pretty much got the opposite of help and wanted to gtf out of there .. As I leave, the lines long and 2 people behind the check out are hanging and then as I'm walking out I find the other group hanging out. For as much staff as they have here, the place should be immaculate, wells stocked, and great help ... maybe I have high expectations of Sephora from my Dallas experience, but even when it was slammed during the holidays, it was far better than this. What a waste of money having this many people doing so few things. You cannot pay me to go back to this location ....
