I've been here a couple of times. While the bread itself is pretty good and the staff were pleasant, the service is straight-up retarded in how inefficient it is. We waited in line for way too long, despite there being several staff members bustling about. The main reason is because they don't have SIGNS for the products on sale, so the cashier has to list off the different types of bread/pastry for sale to each and every customer. Perhaps this is just an effort to look more aesthetically pleasing, but the result of this is just infuriatingly stupid and unintuitive.
It's SO IRRITATING to have to wait to get to the front of the line to actually know what's on sale, then have to decide on the spot while the cashier and the people in line behind you wait. SIGNS! SIGNS SIGNS SIGNS. Then maybe I'll come back.
