Reading previous reviews about unsolicited charges, payment plans and service charges, I am unwilling to give this information over the phone. But, after Ike and Avery left the company, the service when down. After several communications, with me having to explain so many times, it was determined they could "no longer" supply me with that "service"; there seems to be a lot of their good people leaving, and they are no longer able to provide good customer service. I hope they find their groove again and build their customer service to the previous high standards.

I begged them to put it up, but Carol told me there was nothing that could be done. So my son, Gil, slipped the awareness of many. I will never forgive Hodroff-Epstien for that.
