I was on a conference call and could see them come down the driveway. I was trying to get off the call but needed a few minutes to wrap up. I watched as he walked up to the door, rang the bell, waited less than a minute and then got in his truck and drove out. He wasn't even out of the driveway and I was calling his office to ask him to come back. They said he was turning around and would be "right back", he couldn't have been even a mile down the road. I waited for 15 minutes for him to come back (14 more than he waited for me) and called them to say "no thanks, we'll find someone else". I would not recommend them to anyone.

He was here by 5:30 pm and we had water that evening. By the next day Matt had replaced our pressure tank, well pump and some rusted (35 Y.O.) galvanized pipes. At the same time he reused all parts that were still good, mindful of delivering good value. The quality of the work was excellent, Matt is the best plumber we have ever used. He did the repairs with a focus on the long term durability of those repairs.
