She spent her time telling me how she couldn't do this and couldn't do that, and she never extended herself even one time to just hand me the piece of paper that I needed to take to the DMV. It was such a miserable experience that I actually cried. It shouldn't be that way when I pay over $250 a year for their super premium premier service. It's sad that going to the DMV is actually more pleasant experience and less likely to make me cry than seeing her. I spoke to the manager, and he said that he would talk to her. I will follow up here the next time I go to AAA and let you know if she is any nicer or more polite to her customers. I do want to make it clear she didn't technically say anything that you could pin down, it was the whole attitude, lack of care, all about how she can't help, and never one single bit courtesy or care. Definitely she doesn't go out of her weigh one iota and she leaves you just feeling awful and she ruined my day. The manager did help by printing up the form I needed, and making me an appointment at the DMV which I appreciated. It just didn't have to come to this, and I would find it hard to believe that I am the first customer who has felt this way when it's two times in a row for Christina and she struck out both times.

Prepaid meals were not provided. English speaking guides were not provided as promised. It was a total disaster. I was a prisoner, I could not leave the country until the return charter flight. He promised to pay restitution and additional compensation but never did. In a lawsuit against his sales company (doing business as Travellers' Century Club) he committed perjury. Stay away!

This was the first time I ever purchased travel insurance for a trip. The agents at this company…read moretried to rip me off on travel insurance. They sold me fully refundable airfare for my trip and then included the airfare in my insurance quote. When I requested why, I was told "The majority of the time, even with a flight being fully refundable we still insure it. If something were to go wrong with the trip, it would make the whole process smoother." When I asked what does that mean, I got no response. Really, $1,200 to "make the whole process smoother" if I need to file a claim. When I requested that the airfare be removed, they sent another quote that was very high. Then they asked if I wanted a quote from another travel insurance company. Really, you have to ask to get another quote? The other company's quote was $1,100 less than the first. These agents are not interested in anything but their commission.

DISCRIMINATION & A MEDICAL EPISODE DUE TO SWISS AIRLINES…read moreFlew Swiss air with my wife and service dog (a lovely Pitbull) in Sept 2012. The crew discriminated against our breed of dog before we even boarded the plane. They also did not communicate with us, publicly embarrassed us and this created me to have a medical breakdown. My wife, I and our dog followed all the rules and asked each crew member before we did anything if it was ok. After them smiling and approving what we were asking to do, they later accused us of breaking the law while on the flight and this harrassment continued after we got off the plane. They also claimed they would report us for bad behavior after we asked and followed everything they told us. They did not communicate with us and the Captain (who only got a report from the crew about us) accused us of bad behavior when we and our dog did nothing wrong! The Captain didn't even ask us once our side of the story but rather accused us of huge misunderstandings created by the cabin crew. After we left I had a medical episode (which is why I have a service dog in the 1st place) while still in Zurich. Mind you, this was the beginning of my wife and my trip to get married in Italy. They discriminated against our dog (who by the way was an angel and 3 random passengers found us at baggage claim to tell us this about her behavior) and created me to have a medical episode from their unprofessional, unwarranted behavior with us. I am not writing this review because I am mad. I am also a person who is Hitler with following rules (but need to know them when I ask a crew member...I am not a mind reader). I want people to know what they did was VERY wrong and to reconsider flying with this airline if you have ANY medical conditions or fly with a service animal!! It was a horrible experience that we did nothing to deserve. I would not wish it on anyone. We were distraught over it for days during our wedding trip.
