Previously, I walked in to gather information and was given the proper form for the surgeon to fill out. This made it very easy for the surgeon. It was filled out and I drove to AAA and got my Temp Disabled Parking hangtag immediately. It cost $6. The staff here all seem to work well together. I enjoy coming to AAA to get DMV things done and with ease. You can pay with cash or personal check without a fee, or credit card, Visa or MC, with a small % fee. On site parking lot.

She spent her time telling me how she couldn't do this and couldn't do that, and she never extended herself even one time to just hand me the piece of paper that I needed to take to the DMV. It was such a miserable experience that I actually cried. It shouldn't be that way when I pay over $250 a year for their super premium premier service. It's sad that going to the DMV is actually more pleasant experience and less likely to make me cry than seeing her. I spoke to the manager, and he said that he would talk to her. I will follow up here the next time I go to AAA and let you know if she is any nicer or more polite to her customers. I do want to make it clear she didn't technically say anything that you could pin down, it was the whole attitude, lack of care, all about how she can't help, and never one single bit courtesy or care. Definitely she doesn't go out of her weigh one iota and she leaves you just feeling awful and she ruined my day. The manager did help by printing up the form I needed, and making me an appointment at the DMV which I appreciated. It just didn't have to come to this, and I would find it hard to believe that I am the first customer who has felt this way when it's two times in a row for Christina and she struck out both times.

Melvin, the security guard, and his partner that day(sorry I didn't get her name) started my entire process smoothly by explaining what I needed to do. Then, they sent me upstairs to get my photo taken. The lady who took my photo was so sweet. I absolutely adore how everyone loves their job there. THAT says a lot about internal customer service. I am in HR and I can tell when an organization's employees are pleased with their jobs. At least it seemed like that. Good job! The guy who took my order the next day during my scheduled appointment was so nice. I wish I had his name. He was of Spanish decent.
