We explored Drive 365 and Auto Depot and decided that Auto Depot was the place to go. Gary, our salesperson was wonderful as well as the owner, who personally sought out the Dodge Durango from auction in Denver. This began our relationship and without problems until we moved out of state. Recently we have experienced rude behavior from Connie, which all payments have been made (on time) and we informed Connie that we will make the final payment on December 20th. This payment would be 5 days late by our payment date. Connie quickly informs us that they do not offer a grace period and they will be out to reclaim the truck. I understand that many customers may try to take advantage of a situation, having worked in collections. Past behavior is another indication of future behavior, unless it is changed. Seriously, rethink this place even if you are credit challenged. By the way, many months ago we received a "come-back coupon" good a Mckee Ford dealership for the amount of $1000.00 and we were not in the need at the time, however situations have changed for us and we have looked into the local Ford dealership in Spokane. My question is now posed to the owner of Auto Depot, Is this how you treat a customer that has moved away and wants to make good on their agreement, but because we no longer live in an area that could see a future purchase in your dealership? So now I no longer recommend your business and I wonder if you are concerned that you have an employee who works to destroy what you and your salesperson worked so hard to build, a Raving Fan!. Resolution- We paid the vehicle off 3 days early and Connie (Credit Manager) is extremely rude and makes no apologies for her behavior and says that she did not say that they would send a tow truck to recover the vehicle (lie) and I asked why she misrepresented herself as the "head person in charge". She replies that it is up to her as she is the Credit Manager, which is true. She does have a boss and his name is Les Ellis and I have contacted him to explain the matter. If you are an employer seeking to hire Connie I would rethink your decision, unless you would like to lose good customers and cause negative comments to be discussed, then by all means go ahead!

You never know what to expect when you walk in the door of a record shop in a smaller town, but my apprehensions were quickly debunked as I walked in to a welcoming environment. Everything was neatly arranged by genre and there was plenty of used inventory. With such a small amount of time to shop I made a beeline for the new arrivals and then the jazz section. I found three titles at reasonable prices and the owner (?) of the shop seemed genuinely okay with me being in the store five minutes past closing time. I didn't get a chance to explore the place as well as I wanted to, but I can tell you that there's a good hour of record shopping here even for the most seasoned of collectors and the location is part of a beautiful downtown area. Worth the visit.

On the way back from Mt. Rushmore, we decided to call and make a reservation for an "Adventure…read moretour". What you need to know: They have two tours: The Adventure Tour (1 hour) Crystal Tour (1/2 hour) One lady had mobility issues and a cane and they accommodated her on the Crystal tour and she was fine. There was one flight of stairs that she had to take twice but she took her time. There was also a newborn baby that I would not recommend - the baby kept crying and the parent had to end their tour. Kids were fine. Reservations: preferred but not required, last tour is close to 5pm, but call to check. Attire/Gear: I had on vans and no special gear and was fine but note, it's colder down there in the summer, and warmer in the winter. We went in August and it was about 55 degrees inside the cave. Lucky I brought a hoodie. Towards the end of the tour you have to get back up using stairs so you heat up quickly. Our tour guide Josh was fun and happily chatted with us - they feed off of your feedback! He also let us use their umbrellas to get back to our car since a storm had begun while we were in the cave. I recommend this tour for all ages so you can learn a little about the area and history of the cave!
