I stumbled upon J and J Optical and they were open! I walked in and the owner immediately took my glasses to the back and fixed them in a few minutes. He gave me honest feedback about the size of the lens and how he fixed them. It cost me only a few dollars and I was out the door back on the road! Thank you J and J Optical for saving my vacation!

Staff was truly amazing, from the checkin, Nurse Lucy and Dr. Reynolds - top notch and excellent care. Thankfully ended up being something we have to followup later with - but am very happy with the experience. Hope not to be back, but if we are - we know we are in great hands. Thank you.

I can't recommend Dr. Johnson highly enough. What impresses me most is his strategic approach to…read morecare. Rather than jumping straight into a treatment plan, he begins with X-rays to truly understand what's going on and develops a plan based on objective findings. I really appreciate that he takes the time to explain why he's making each adjustment instead of simply performing it. During each adjustment, Dr. Johnson educates you on what he's working on, including how the specific areas of the spine relate to other parts of the body. It makes the experience much more meaningful and helps you better understand your own health. What really sets him apart is that he treats you as a whole person--not just a spine. He looks at the bigger picture and takes the time to understand how everything is connected. And his office team is super amazing as well! If you're looking for a chiropractor who combines expertise, education, and a personalized approach, Dr. Johnson is an excellent choice!

I talked to my brother afterward and he looked at it and said he can fix it for me. I understand they need to make money but they charged $70 to look at my laptop and tell me they can't fix it unless they replace half of it. On top of that I am quite sure they tightened a screw too tight because I noticed a crack right where a screw was and there is a missing screw as well. My laptop was not in good shape to begin with but I am quite sure it wasn't cracked there before and I don't recall it missing any screws prior to taking it in. Maybe you'll have better luck there but I will not be going back. *side note* I was informed there would be a $70 charge to take my computer apart so see what the problem was and I went ahead and said that was ok. My issue with that was later I took it apart so my brother could look at it and give me a second opinion and after doing that myself I feel that $70 was a very high charge for something that really wasn't very difficult.
