I used the restroom and was ushered right away to my room to meet Jessica and start my 75 minute massage. Jessica was my massage therapist and she gets a 5 for her massage! She was absolutely amazing. I have some hip tightness and she was able to do some active muscle release techniques to loosen it up for me. She has intuitive pressure and action as she gently or with necessary force melts away tension and knots. She provides a balanced massage equally attending to the whole body while simultaneously focusing on areas of need. I'd highly recommend stopping here and getting a massage from Jessica.

Great deep tissue massage :)…read more What a wonderful Christmas gift from my husband! I made a last-minute booking for a 90-minute deep tissue full body massage with cupping. The masseuse was strong and really worked out some of those stubborn knots. There was a minor communication hiccup (English isn't everyone's first language here) -- my request for cupping on my legs was missed. It wasn't a big deal at all; I still left feeling very relaxed and refreshed. Next time I'll just be extra clear when stating my requests. An excellent massage experiance. The spa accommodated my last-minute booking, the facilities were very clean, and there's plenty of parking. I'd happily return!

Thanks to her incredible expertise, I have seen a dramatic turnaround in my healing progress. Bouchra has a deep, thorough understanding of anatomy and rehabilitation. She knows exactly how to work around surgical areas safely while still targeting the deep muscle tightness and scar tissue holding me back. Every single session is tailored precisely to how my shoulder is feeling that week, balancing therapeutic relief with genuine comfort. Beyond her technical skill, she is exceptionally kind, intuitive, and encouraging. Her weekly care has not only restored my range of motion and reduced my pain, but it has also given me the confidence I needed to push through a tough recovery. I cannot recommend Bouchra highly enough to anyone navigating post-surgery rehab or looking for a truly elite massage therapist. She is a vital part of my healthcare team.

I had an amazing first experience with Sarah, the physician who saved me from my stubborn acne with a quick steroid injection. Honestly, it was so fast and painless I'm mad at mysef for not doing it sooner. Then there's Sam, the patient concierge. A geniunely sweet guy- super talkative, social, and instantly inviting. We bonded over K-pop (thanks to my K-pop themed hat!) and truly might go back just to chat wth him alone. LOL But hey..they also do tons of skincare services...so I definitely have to go back! Pros: * Friendly, knowledgeable staff who explain everything clearly * Quick and easy acne steroid injection (10/10 would let Sarah poke me again) * Sam - so pleasant and such a sunshine (Bonus points for being a K-pop lover) * Cute, inviting studio vibes * Plenty of parking (a rare luxury) * Fair pricing and no pressure to buy any products * Wide menu of skin services (I'll definitely have to make a consultation) Cons: * What cons? Other than it might be a future addiction! Overall: Highly recommend Radiance Wellness for a genuinely delightful spa/med experience. Great first impression!
