I even had minor alterations done same day. What really stood out to me the most (and the reason for me for writing this post) is my experience getting my pants hemmed and then re- hemmed. I came in to get my suit pants hemmed and I thought I had length at where I wanted them. They suggested I try on the pants with my dress shoes but I disregard it and said it was fine. After I picked my pants up and tried them on with my dress shoes, the fit wasn't what I expected... and that was my fault. I went back, with the expectation of paying again, but the lady refused to take my money and fixed the pants on the spot. All this happened over 3 days and I was surprised at how painless it was. I've been going to different local places sporadically but I think I made up my mind. I'll be back again.

We noticed that on the inside of each of the shirts our last name was written in PERMANENT marker. NEVER in my life have I seen a dry cleaner write on clothing! I am so baffled as to why they don't use a tag system like EVERY other dry cleaner in America!!! I am utterly shocked that there are not hundreds of poor reviews about this establishment sighting this same complaint. If they change their article identification system to anything other than ruining clothing with permanent marker, I may consider going back because the quality of the work was actually very good.

My dress was a sheer top with thick flower embroidery. Beautiful, but a little too sheer for photos. I initially planned on just going with a nude lining but by the grace of experience and expertise, they suggested I go with as close to an exact color match to my dress I could find. At first I was surprised about that recommendation but I surprisingly found an exact match and that was the way to go! Dress came out so good. All my alterations and cleaning were ready with more than enough time for picture day. Highly recommend the service Royal Cleaners provides.

He quickly tailored my slacks that I needed next day. I found out that he has over 20 years of experience and several other locations. Also, most of the department stores, like Macys, go to him for alterations. The shop seems busy since I saw people bringing their tuxedos, dresses, and gowns. But, Thanh was still able to somehow tailor my clothes faster than other places I tried. I will only go to TD Alerations from now on!
