From alternations, to dry cleaning, to pressing, Leto's has done it all for me. Recently, I got a king size UGG bed comforter cleaned and a dress for my engagement shoot pressed. They both turned out flawless. The only disadvantage is their hours. They close at 5:00 PM on weekdays. I get home from work after 5 so that leaves me just Saturday to pick up my items (which is fine). I love that they still utilize the drive-thru because it's convenient when I'm picking up a comforter. They place it in the back seat and send me on my way. Prices are reasonable. I went here initially to get 6 garments taken in, including dresses, pants, and shorts. The tailor was fast and efficient. She completed the work in two days and I was mostly happy with the results except for one item which she adjusted at no charge. Prices are competitive (I guess.) The owners are lovely and get to know their clients. I have since used them to clean my down comforters and plan to return for my other dry-cleaning needs. Highly recommend! read more

UGH! Just had the worst experience here. I went in to pick up a costume that has question marks ironed on to it. 75% of the question marks were missing. The ones that were there were frayed. When I originally went in to drop it off I asked the lady about it and she said he'd know what to do with it. apparently he didn't and they didn't seem to care. I would've expected at least an apology, but nothing, so I'll be using a more professional service from now on. read more

They are horrible and have ruined multiple garments. The only thing good about them is their seamstress she does excellent work. They do not care about their customers and do not take responsibility when they ruin your clothes multiple times. I've been going here for over 20 years, and never once had a problem.. I went there 2 months ago to get a rare and irreplaceable jersey to get cleaned.. when I got it back, the whole last name was ripped off the back, which indicated that THEY DIDNT FOLLOW DIRECTION AND CLEAN IT THE RIGHT WAY!! problem is, the name was silk screened and had to be taken somewhere else to get fixed. The cleaner clearly told me that they would pay for the damage. After shopping around and finding the right place, I got it fixed. So I went back to the cleaners to get compensated and they told me that they never said that they would refund for the work, when they clearly did tell me that. They gave me half of the amount of the full compensation and practically kicked me out afterwards. The point of this post is tell everyone not to go there because of their lack of responsibility.
