For my husband's Birthday ~ Esmeralda (owner) was making cakes for the community; she would accept whatever you could afford as payment, sometimes even for supplies like flour and butter. I decided to give her a try because I admired her generosity. Glad I did, too! She went above and beyond my expectations! Not only was this a beautiful creation but it tasted fantastic! It was fresh, moist and delicious. I had a hard time putting my fork down and I wasn't the only one! Very pleasant doing business with her - had it ready when I needed it and she even gave me a free little bottle of hand sanitizer! Give Esmeralda a try. You won't be disappointed.

Essie's cupcakes are fabulous! I recently ordered 12 dozen for a party and got nine cake flavors - each one paired with a tasty filling. Everyone loved them and I heard that many had more than one. Essie was so great to work with. Highly recommend!

When I tell you I have this magic worker 48 hours notice to create an AMAZING frozen themed desert table not only was she excited to pull it off she went above and beyond! We had like 7 different flavors cookies cup cakes cake I mean the world! She was in constant contact with me and made sure we got every detail magnificent! AT A THIRD OF WHAT ID PAY SOMEWHERE ELSE! When I say I will never again use any other business other then hers I was just blown away! On top of that she is an angel, so sweet so understanding so excited to create you can tell she loves what she does! And she's prior Navy you can't beat that!!! Saving grace! I goofed and last minute had to get my daughter a unicorn cake for her birthday. So Tuesday 15 minutes, 3 text, 2 pictures 1 quote and 1 easy online payment and the plan was in motion. Picked up the most beautiful Unicorn cake this morning(Saturday)... See the pics... we cut this beautiful cake and it was moist and delicious. Well today I received the most beautiful Mother's Day Cake. It was covered with roses and looked amazing. My mother loves roses so I thought it would be a nice surprise. Well she got a big smile and fell in love with the cake. It was going to be for dessert after dinner but we could not wait. We had some with our morning coffee and will have more after dinner. The blood orange, lemon Bavarian, and marble bianca were the top 3. All were yummy in their own way. Least favorite was the classic wedding cake because the others were all so unique and flavorful. Can't wait to try the wedding cake in a couple months!

WOW! Essie went way above and beyond with two surprise birthday cakes. She created a NY themed Big 40th cake for my husband and a week later created a masterpiece for my mother in law's 70th birthday. The lemon raspberry and double chocolate were both delicious and everybody agreed that the fondant was the best we've ever tasted. The 70th birthday cake that she came up with completely blew my mother in law away. When I asked Essie if she could create a surprise 70th birthday cake, she did not hesitate to make it happen. After sharing a few details about my mother in law, I left the creative design up to Essie and she completely nailed it! The colors were perfect, the marbled fondant that looked like space (a detail I didn't even share) was spectacular, but the addition of an orchid (my mother in law's favorite flower) with 5 full blooms, 1 large bud, and 1 tiny bud that represented her 6 (almost 7) grandchildren was so very touching. We can't wait to have Essie make more cakes for our family and we will 100% be recommending her to everyone we know.
