Being that I live in Chicago and was getting married in Scottsdale, it was a no brainer that I would need a wedding coordinator. Working with YJ was truly the best decision I could have made. Every little detail was perfectly planned, including the ones that would have never even crossed my mind. I love that they have relationships with so many incredible vendors, it made picking a DJ, florist, etc, super easy! What I really loved about Maddy and the Your Jubilee team is that I never felt pushed or rushed in the decision making process. They always gave me plenty of time to make decisions, and even when we were on a crunch never made anything seem like it was un-fixable. The day of the wedding was such a breeze. I had about 3 girls from the YJ team there (maybe even more?!) including Maddy. At one point Maddy was steaming my dress herself. The timing of everything was seamless. We even had our pup there and one of the YJ gals was walking him around during the reception! I would literally trust these girls with my life (I did for one very important day LOL) and do not regret it for a second. Maddy, thank you for giving us the best day! We loved working with you!!

I ended of having a trailer full of random items that I just dropped off for her and Melinda to go through and do something with. I couldn't even believe my eyes when I showed up to my wedding and saw that they took those items and truly, truly designed and created THE wedding of my dreams...completely Pinterest worthy! I never imagined it could be so beautiful and for that I thank them. But even more importantly, they took ALL the stress out of my wedding. We got married almost in the middle of no-where which had a lot of logistics details and a lot of coordination. Lyndsay worked with all of my vendors leading up to the wedding so I only had to focus on the important stuff like my dress, spray tan and nails lol. And the day of, there was ABSOLUTELY nothing I had to deal with...not one concern. On my wedding day, I even got to enjoy a glass of champagne on my deck enjoying the sunshine in peace because of how flawlessly they organized the schedule and took care of everything the entire day. Less than 4 months before the wedding! Oh, yeah, I was in a bind! We had the event at a remote venue in Verde Valley and they helped us plan exactly what we wanted. THEY LISTEN!!! They do what you want, how you want it and when you want it. They're flexible when things happen or change and work together as a team. The team consists of the creative and the organized. A perfect combination to get you the perfect event. The fee was reasonable and we were able to relax and enjoy our day. The fact that it was all inclusive for planning, cake, photography, and decorating made it easier than working with separate entities for each. They negotiated with other outside vendors for us as well, and that was a true blessing. They offered to do more and, had we more time before we hired them, I would have had them do my bachelorette party and the rehearsal dinner too. Things always go wrong at an event like this, but they handled it with professionalism and discretion. To be honest, I didn't even know about it and it did not impact our day at all. And now they are doing the follow-up - a debriefing if you will. We get to go over everything, make recommendations, and, be sure all the after-wedding details are done. Would I recommend them? Yes. Would I recommend them to close family and friends? Yes. Can you afford them? Do whatever you have to do - they are worth every dollar and every minute of NOT having to stress about the biggest day of your life. My family lives all over the country, so we had a very small window of dates that we could shoot these photos.
