Recently made an insurance claim to get repairs on the trunk of my car and was assigned this repair shop. (Note that my car is wrapped). I mention to them about the wrap and they said the paint needs to dry for 3 months prior to wrapping the car so that it doesn't create bubbles which I said that's fine I can wait. Upon receiving my estimate from my insurance company in an email chain that includes the insurance company, myself, and Michas, the estimate excludes the costs for a wrap and new spoiler that is covered by the insurance company. I replied all about the person conversation that was held between myself and Michas regarding the wrap, to make sure everyone is on the same page and no one is blind sided and ensure that there is paper trail and proof so that wrapping actually does happen (you never know). This morning (26 Nov) I received an email in German from Michas that I assume was intended for the insurance company that was unprofessional and disrespectful. (I've attached the email both in German and its translated version for your entertainment for privacy I've redacted certain information). After receiving that email I'm not 100% comfortable in the lack of integrity that Michas has and requested to take my business elsewhere.
