What I can say is, they wasted a week of my time waiting to hear back from them only to hear that they are too busy for the remainder of 2019 to take on any projects. My job was extremely simple. Just 3 plugins for a Wordpress site. I just paid $5 on Fiverr to have 1 of the plugins added and tomorrow I will pay $50 on Fiverr to have the 2 other added PLUS my sites backed up, transferred to a new host, migrated to Cpanel and an SSL certificate fully implemented...all guaranteed to be completed within 24 hours by a verified, certified tech with a decade of experience and hundreds of 5 star reviews. But it took Storm Brain a week to tell me they are too busy to add 3 plugins (without site migration etc) for the rest of the year?? This review isn't about a competitive company...Fiverr has people you must find, vet and contract, so nothing like Storm Brain marketing etc. It's about time management and KNOWING your project schedule EVERY DAY like a company should, so you're not wasting people's time. As a small business owner, a week, matters. Especially when you should have known the day I called that your project calendar is full for the rest of the year. Thanks for wasting my time.

What I love most about them, is that they care about my entire business and not just the piece they are hired to work on. They took a genuine interest in our services and created a fantastic end user site! We presented Experia Creative with a business challenge that we were experiencing not just on the website but through the challenges of simply being a new company and developing an easy workflow, and through their work on the website - they were able to create clarity and simplicity that we didn't even know we were looking for. Sean repeatedly gave advice and tips on how to ensure our user experience was seamless from start to finish, showing us that they care about our success and made us feel like they are invested in growing with us. Through the COVID crises-they regularly checked in, were very responsive, and easy to speak with on a human level. We look forward to having these guys as part of our company and our expansion, not just a vendor we hire when we need copy changes! Thank you Experia, Greg and Sean!

They designed an attractive, yet functionally user-friendly website that has given our business efficiency, convenience, and usefulness far beyond our expectations. With each leasing call we receive, we refer our customers and clients to the website for information, pricing, and floor plans and we are continually receiving complements on the website's usefulness, convenience, and attractiveness. We save much time on the phone by our ability to refer customers and clients to the website, sometimes simultaneously with the phone call where we can look at our inventory together. The flyers and floor plans are easily printed for the brokers' showings. Teck1 also has a very quick response time in keeping the website updated at our direction, including creating floor plans and posting new information and eliminating old information. We couldn't be happier with the service we have received from Teck1, from the creation, the aesthetics, the ease in use, and the maintenance, and would give them a resounding affirmative referral.

I have spent over $10,000 on their site and services and the site is not findable on Google anywhere, no matter what you search. It has produced absolutely no business for me at all over the past two years I have been with them. I tried to cancel by sending them an e-mail and they kept e-mailing me and calling and leaving voicemail messages and saying they needed to talk to me in order to cancel. They also kept trying to charge my card, but thankfully I have blocked them from receiving any more payments.
