Wait...What? So Everyone who complains can't pay their bill? um..okay...If I recall that is the same lame/sorry thing you said about me...Maybe just maybe we want what we thought we were paying for...Just a Thought.. How about you start treating your customers who are not satisfied with your services with a little bit of respect....How about that? Instead of implying that it has to do with the client not being able to pay there bill when they call out your incompetence. I had the same awful experience as Tina N..Just Horrible..Arrogant, Condescending..a Hot mess..They were sooooo unprofessional with me and treated me very rudely... Even if a person is in the wrong there is a way you should treat people..the whole dirt underneath my feet attitude you all project is not a good look...Its Just not workin....sorry..Not sorry.. =D To this day I have absolutely nothing good to say about them. They also accused me of not being able to pay my Bill as well...which is a freaking Joke.. Very Degrading...Very Rude.. Very Disrespectful..Never Again "A total and complete Rip Off" @Tina N. Although I am so sorry you had this experience. I am also grateful that Someone else experienced the same thing as me because for the longest time I was really bothered by how I was treated. Thank you for your heartfelt review and honesty.

I was fortunate to find this great business when the person building my website up and quit right…read morein the middle of it's development. I did a search and came across this business. After speaking to the owner Jeune, I could tell right away this was going to be a good match. When I went in for the initial consultation I was sold! Jeune took me into her office and I explained to her my situation with the current web designer abruptly quitting after only doing one third of the work. Jeune has a very comfortable office with a large conference table and huge flat screen so we could both look at my site and see what work needed to be done and how to complete the site. Her prices are more than reasonable and I agreed to have her finish the started project. They were able to salvage the work already started and finish it off in the way I wanted and they gave me advice on the presentation of my site to give it a more user friendly feel to it. They completed the project in the time agreed upon and the site has been flawless since they put it up. If I ever had any changes, they are so quick to make the requested changes and they respond immediately to all email/phone contact. Although I've been working with them for more than a few years now, I am just now writing this review because I was recently in their office about another website I have, and again, built by another web designer. This website I had built before I discovered Future-Ink but I've been having problems with the person who designed it and I wanted to make some changes... so again, I went to Jeune and not only can she do the changes to the other website (and much cheaper than the person who designed it was going to charge) but she also made suggestions about other upgrades I should do to the site. She is very intuitive about your needs and it's more than just doing what you ask for... she will make suggestions that you haven't even thought of. I am likely going to create another website and this time I will use Future-Ink from the very beginning to build the next site when I'm ready. Everyone at Future-Ink is very friendly and extremely helpful. Amy was someone I was in contact almost constantly during the development of the first website I came to them about and she so pleasant. There is a gentleman who works there and does most of the programming and I apologize for not remembering his name but he too is super nice and great to work with. I did a lot of checking with other sites and found their prices are more than competitive. I found similar sites to the ones I wanted designed and called the companies that designed them. These were first class websites and they also come with exorbitant prices! Yet Future-Ink will do the exact same work for for much less. I don't know how many website I will need in the future but I couldn't imagine taking my business anywhere else. They do FIRST CLASS work and have a very personal approach with their customers.
