Chappy and his staff spent a lot of time and patience walking me through the process, recommending the best products (they were not the most expensive either), and literally helping me trouble shoot a few setup problems I encountered. Chappy and team came to my place and helped ensure everything was in good shape and working order. They are always friendly, available, and willing to go above and beyond to help. We chose Chappy's Pool Store because of their many positive online reviews and because we needed to…read morereplace our pool's salt system. We called and were quoted approximately $1,600 for the replacement. We then visited the store in person to confirm the price and schedule the installation. A few days later, we received a call offering an upgraded model for an additional $400. We clearly declined and stated that we wanted to stay within the price range we had originally been quoted. We communicated this multiple times throughout the process. After the installation was completed, we were surprised to receive a bill for $2,000 before tax. When we questioned the charge, we were told that a better model had been installed. However, we never agreed to upgrading the system. After expressing our concerns, they reduced the price by $100, but we still ended up paying over $2,000 with tax--significantly more than the original quote. Our main issue is the lack of transparency. We were not informed that a more expensive unit was being installed until after the work was completed. Had we known beforehand, we could have made an informed decision.. We had been considering using Chappy's for a future Diamond Brite resurfacing project, but after this experience, we will be looking elsewhere.

I would not go here to get your pool tested. I been here multiple weeks and it always seems off…read morecompare to what my strips say. I tested the theory by going to another pinch of penny that the readings match my strip. Wasted so much chemical and inform them my pool still green every week. Even when I got chemical more or less norm. The reading were still off. I attach a screen shot of pool being tested 20 minutes apart. I had to drive that far to reach another pinch of penny.

Does not deserve even one star! Worst pool service - technician did very little when he did show…read moreup. Stayed a few minutes and did not brush or vacuum - maybe added chemicals. He complained lot. After a few weeks I asked owner to come see our pool -- looked worse after the technician came. He would not come. As a result we had to have the best pool drained by another pool company because it turned green and had algae. Never had such horrible service and paid too much.

I have had Pool Center USA as my cleaning, and everything pool related really, company for a number of years and I have to say that I would not change them for anything. They are so very responsive. every time we call them they are right there to fix the problems even at their own expense. I like that when I call, they know exactly who I am and always try to accommodate us. Small business give us such a personal and customer oriented experience. I have converted my pool to a salt pool, redo my Diamonds Brite, and other pool related services and I have had good results. They have also competitive prices. I will keep using them for all my pool needs.
