The liner was installed quickly and looks beautiful. They cut up the old liner and piled it nicely so that I can dispose of it as I can. Very kind, gave advice on the chemicals for once it is filled and reached out again this morning to give more advice on temperature/filling. A friend recommended DesRochers and I have never looked back. They close and open my pool. Within 24 hours my water is crystal clear after opening. I have used their 3 step weekly maintenance and rarely do I have an issue. The issues are usually due to weather or too many teenagers in the water. This year they replaced our liner and lights. I would never go anywhere else. Malory and the staff at their Shorewood location are so helpful. And the service team exceeds all of my expectations.
