I purchased a gift card for my wife to get a massage here last year for her birthday. In recent…read moremonths she has been trying to redeem the card but we haven't been able to because actually getting ahold of anyone on the phone here is pretty impossible. When she has actually talked to someone they have been incredibly rude. I did notice the gift card has an expiration date whether we redeem it or not which leads me to believe Amazing Hands is just a big grift and not an actual business.

I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism. Highly recommend this massage place to anyone looking for great service and a truly therapeutic massage!

I haven't had much success with Gloss Nails locations but I thought to give it a try. I only scheduled a pedicure and some of the top requested nail tech were out that day. Either way I proceeded with the pedicure which is the most basic service you can do. The tech was not patient and did a rush job on my pedicure. Polish was outside of my nail beds and this was gel so it's hard to remove once it's set. My toe nails were cut crooked. Overall one of the worst pedicures I have had in a long time. Needless to say I may try some of the top rated nail techs that work there but this will not be my back up spot if my regular tech is out of town.

I love this location, I've been a member for years and have never had a complaint. Great customer…read moreservice, easy booking on the app, great massage professionals and even tried out their facials. Great experience too! My one complaint at one point, was the a couple of the therapists were VERY chatty. I would sit through the session and tip as normal, but would request not to have that person again in the future. It's a COMPLETE personal preference, I'm normally very friendly, but massages are my time to truly just zone out. I found out that if you express these concerns or interests, that the front desk may be able to align you better with therapists. Not just with personalities, but a little more detail with pressure (other than just light, medium, firm). They only have a couple of therapists who can do prenatal, which is a bummer, but it's nice they have the option at least.
