The real reason for the 5 stars is the way I was handled by Bonnie & Clydes after Mr. Patrick Blow at A&A Installations treated me.  They install above ground pools. He basically ruined my sand job, hung my liner wrong, and wasted hundreds of dollars of my water. Then he repeatedly hung up on me, and dodged my calls, and refused to make it right!  The team at Bonnie and Clydes helped me find a different installer (so I had to pay the job 2x), and helped me make everything correct! The following week rolled around and same tech came. I messaged Charlie and got no response. Every time they come to clean we have to put our cleaner in the pool. We requested to cancel and are now told we have a 1 year contract and have to pay 35.00 a month for the remaining months. So basically with this company if they don't do a good job and you are unhappy your screwed. Don't sign a contract with these people or you will be frustrated and stuck. We have been told either keep the contract or pay the 35.00 as the customer service is horrible and they don't care about the customer.

He thinks that he should not be questioned about his billing practices and believes that you should pay whatever number he comes up with without question. I also didn't appreciate him trying to goad me into a discussion about politics by saying more than once: "the price of chemicals have gone up since Biden became President." Just tell me how much it will cost to clear my pool, I'm not interested in your political views! He will never tell you how much you can expect to pay per month, only give you some a wide "possible" price range. Also, his utter arrogance was also a turn off. When I said he was too expensive or that questioned the basis for his exorbitant billing practices, he arrogantly told me that: "You want the best services for the cheapest price. And it just doesn't exist. You will always get what you pay for." In other words, if I don't use him and pay his unsubstantiated costs, I will not find other quality pool maintenance service providers. Finally, I offered to pay for July ($500!!!!), but not after, and then he immediately dropped me as a customer and charged me $274 for 1 visit; and my pool still had dirt on the bottom of it. Be careful in dealing with him, his knowledge of pools and pool equipment will distract you from his unqualified and unsubstantiated billing practices. I know he'll get on here an attack everything I've said, further showing his arrogance and inability to listen to customer concerns. I'm so glad I did-he answered immediately and set up an appointment right away. He showed up on time, texted beforehand, and spent about an hour thoroughly checking every possible cause. Post installation and pool school, there is no remote turn on. This was discussed with the owner and he notes that it was not in the order form and we did not read the contract closely enough. Alright? But again, we worked with a sales person and we would not know how to look for that within the sales document. Now a year later, we cannot get in the hot tub unless someone sleeps at the lake house over night and turns it on at 9 am since we cannot turn it on remotely. So, beware of the salesman. Also, at the time of purchase it was 2024, why sell anything without Bluetooth? Also we had to have two pool schools because the first person who arrived did not how to even use our salt hot tub.

I felt this way inside the store (and kept my thoughts to myself). When we left my son mentioned that he wanted to ask if they were hiring but he didn't think the lady felt like talking today, lol. Maybe it was an off day for her, it was very hot and the store was pretty busy.
