I had the pleasure of working with Catie and Jeremiah on my pool remodel project. You would never…read moreknow this but I have been trying to plan this since April. I went through 3 very shady pool contractors who lied to me and wanted 60% down. They took me to fake showrooms and offices that they said they owned and did not. I reached a point where I felt I would never find a trustworthy pool builder and was actually about to give up and start looking for someone in New Orleans or Texas. But then along came Catie. From our first interaction I knew that your company was real, your work was exceptional and most importantly you hired the best employees in the business. She has been there every step of the way, explaining every minute detail to me and answering every dumb question I asked her with a huge smile. She is nice, friendly and goes 100% over what's expected. She is truly a gem and deserves a huge raise! And then comes Jeremiah. I cannot say enough great things about him. His demeanor, personality and the way he deals with your customers is something that cannot be taught. It's just in him. He kept me at ease with planning and timelines and most importantly he does everything that he says he will do. You really do have two outstanding employees who are a definite asset to your company and always represent you in the best light. You can 100% use me as a reference for new clients and can take any pictures you need of my pool for any publications. I truly appreciate all of your efforts and hard work. This company is terrible. DO NOT use them. They cancelled on me twice at the last minute. I…read morecontacted them through Lowes to get an estimate for my bath remodel. We set an appointment for a Saturday morning. At the last minute, they called and cancelled, saying the consultant had an emergency and was unavailable. The appointment was set over a week in advance. I found this unprofessional and annoying, but I decided to let them reschedule, but asked that they call me on Monday when I had my work calendar available to best choose a new date. They did not reach out to me for over a month. This should have been a clue to move on, but I decided to give them another chance, since I was still waiting for some additional quotes from other contractors. I scheduled a 2nd appointment for a Friday afternoon, arranging my work schedule to accommodate and also moving some weekend travel plans back. At the appointment time, I got another call from Rebath advising that the consultant being sent this time had an emergency, and had to cancel. They asked if I wanted to reschedule, but I said no this time. Two strikes and your out in this case. When I tried to explain my displeasure with 2 last minute cancellations, the inconvenience it caused and why I would not give them a third try, the representative hung up on me. If I could give less than 1 star, I would. How can I trust a company to do timely and satisfactory work when they cannot even keep an initial appointment for an appraisal.
