We had a limited access back yard but the crew handled everything. the use of their own in-house people makes a huge difference. the communication was outstanding and all questions were answered with complete understanding. the crews don't mess around, they get with it. They deliver personal & professional service with a smile every time I call or stop by. They even let me pay my bill over the phone. This is a family run business that treats me like family each and every time I go there. I like being able to deal directly with the designer who is also the owner. There are no pushy sales people to deal with which is a big plus. The office staff has always been courteous and helpful. They also have some of the most beautiful Koi fish I have ever seen in their pond. I only wish they were open on Saturdays. Nothing ever breaks on my pool until they are closed for the weekend. :)
