Very soon after that installation, I began to have significant equipment issues, and the pump simply shut down. The company that sold me the filter was rather unconcerned about my issues, and only begrudgingly agreed at some unspecified time to send a tech out. When they never contacted me again, I reached out through yelp to other providers, and Chris, from Aqua Mechanical contacted me almost immediately.
