The procedure went extremely well. The entire staff treated my Jack as if he was gold. Their service levels were nothing less than stellar. Questions answered. I did not feel rushed. And the price for a feline neuter was more than half the price of a vet down the street. You read that right, more than half. This is Jack's new vet. The staff and vet techs are all wonderful, they all seem like genuine animal lovers. Our pup is showered in love and treats every time we visit. Our vet, Dr. Morrow is awesome. She's patient, especially with our new puppy owner questions, and makes us feel relaxed and good about how we've been caring for him. She offered us tons of advice and we've never felt pressured to buy anything. When we took him for his shots, we were concerned that he would hate going to the vet from then on but the way the shot was administered, he didn't even seem to feel it. Every time we bring the dog there, he's happy, and wagging his tail. They have a strong focus on making sure the dog views the vet clinic as a happy place and they've succeeded with our pup!

Not implying that you should be cheap when caring for your pets but compared to her previous animal hospital in Unionville and some of the other animal hospital prices I have heard of from other friends with pets, this place is very reasonable. The checkups are very thorough, wait times seem to be within 10 minutes of your appointment if not on time and the vets truly love animals. That said, my dog will be 13 years old and she's been very healthy during that time. Their advice for daily care and her annual checkups have proved rewarding for me and I am very thankful for that.

I've dealt with several of their vets here, most recently Dr. Augustine, and they've all been very helpful and listened to my concerns, and responded professionally and appropriately. I originally switched since they have more reasonable prices for feline dental. Unfortunately for one of my cats, her pre-dental bloodwork led the team to conclude that she likely had cancer. They worked tirelessly to get my cat an appt at the OVC in Guelph where they were able to treat her in the short-term and get the final diagnosis. A note that they stopped accepting new clients in December. This doesn't include new pets for pre-existing clients. The staff here speak English, Cantonese, and I believe Mandarin also.

During our appointment, we also overheard staff in the back room swearing and joking loudly, including someone sneezed and yelled "I almost sh!t my pants". That moment completely broke any sense of professionalism or trust we had left. It's astonishing that there's no washroom available for customers in the waiting area. We spent over 2.5 hours there -- mostly waiting for the doctor(altho we booked appointment ahead of time), then waiting again for the price breakdown, and finally going back and forth with a "manager" about costs. It was a long, stressful day made worse by how little progress was made in helping our dog. Eventually, we had to rush to another veterinary clinic, where our dog finally received the proper care and attention she needed. We strongly recommend you go to Dr. Asianova Animal Clinic, she has a heart to help the animal. I already got my kittens medical history transferred to a different vet. would give 0 stars if i could.
