They are amazing! They go above and beyond all of the time. They take the best care of my dogs.

SADLY, new ownership with awful customer service and total disregard to client loyalty. If I could…read morerate 0 stars, I would and I'm not one for leaving ratings so you can imagine my disappointment. Very cold and by the book with absolute no care to clients concerns or feelings. I will be changing to a vet clinic that appreciates and has a semblance of respect for client relationship and does not leave you feeling like it's a cash grab experience.

Ball park. Just like our medical system ohip is 130 swiped . Chart at hospital is 600 and that crap food is 65 dollars a plate Entire medical system is a scam. Its all Run by pharma including the schools so why wouldn't it be. Funding goes where they say it goes. The teaching is what they say it is. Bottom line is profit and the vets and doctors fall in line do what they are told and cash in. Clearly they lost ethics, humanity , and any sort of doctors oath they promised. Everyone lies thats the problem. They do what they do so they can live and have a good life. No humanity left in this world The few good people that try get assassinated, jailed or go missing. Some go into hiding forever. Selfishness and greed is rewarded. This is our pathetic society.

In the last week, I have had to go to the vet a few times between my two dogs. We took our dog…read moreHenri in to have a dental cleaning. He has an auto-immune issue which requires his teeth to be cleaned under sedation annually. One of the veterinarians is studying to beocme a specialist in dentistry, so we thought we would give them a try. We were really impressed with the care Henri received. They took xrays and were thorough. The veterianian actually does the cleaning instead of a vet technician which happens at most clinics. They followed up with the next day to see how Henri was doing and even followed up a few days later. It turns out that Henri develped an eye infection and they were able to get us in quickly to see the veterinarian. The clinic is very clean and the veterinarian sits down and explains everything very clearly.

When the vet heard I wasn't happy with the price, he instructed his girl to tell me to go somewhere else since I'm not happy. I couldn't believe it. His prices for treats I buy for my dog are $4 more expensive than anywhere else. He never smiles, he's not friendly, and I had a very hard time understanding him. I did find another vet who is charging me $30 less than what his clinic charges.

Disclaimer: Get your tissues ready for this review if you currently have an amazing pet…read more We are so thankful for having Dr Patricia come to house and perform an end of life service for our beloved dog. She was referred from our usual vet and we have never met her previously. For something so emotional and difficult we were of course nervous who was showing up but could not have imagined a better fit. Dr Patricia and her colleague Danielle were so calm, compassionate, and well organised. They arrived on schedule and were communicating in anticipation of being late from another event. They brought everything needed for this service(End of Life), gently briefed us what to expect, when they would step away while the process was happening so we could spend time and say our goodbyes, where best to be around the dog so they could do their work. It is really is the hardest, most emotional time when your beloved pet is passing and they made it as peaceful as possible for all involved. They accommodated our wishes to be outside this chilly August day, luckily the rain held out. They offered/included a sentimental keepsake of some fur trimming. Left us some brochures for guidance as we were new to grieving. We are still crying seeing her imprints in the grass and it's devastating being out in the yard where she was happiest but know this was the best place and way for her to leave. They service all of Markham and gta for many different services, but if you are considering an in home vs at the vet clinic for end of life, Dr Patricia is one I would highly recommend. The price is reasonable and worth just a bit more to have your pet pass away in the comforts of their surroundings and loved ones. It's been a few days since the event and their clinic called to follow up on how we were holding up. They really do care and do an excellent job.

I am appalled at how this operation so blatantly tries to rip me off. They made me bring her several times for simple puppy shots...I was told "she is small, we must do them in several sessions" and the billed for a visit each time. My other 5 pups, all smaller breeds, had ONE visit for ALL shots. However, what promoted this warming was the $1400 (plus tax) extortion attempt to have her spayed. Seriously? It is $400-$500 at nearby veterinary clinics. Just because we live in a nice neighborhood doesn't mean we just toss money away like idiots. If you value not getting ripped off there are many places not so focused on how to take your money but actually in the health and wellbeing of your pet. Please take your business to a more respectable organization.

Their staff is ultra receptive and have an incredible amount of patience. They are great with regards to answering phones. They're also open super early - from 8AM which facilitates when you need to get back to work etc (or if there's an emergency). I almost wish they treated humans. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. As for what I see from the corner of my eye. The location is clean and the front desk always populated. They have double doors going in which helps with pets who are trying to make a run for it. There is ample parking and grassy space for pets who need to empty bowels before or after a visit. The service is accompanied by an array of treats. They are very gentle for handling rambunctious overgrown puppies. They also have dog food and pet supplies on hand for sale. They support community and local initiatives. There is a constant stream of clients coming in and out although from the street it always looks like it's empty. (Parking is in the back)
