I can't say enough about how exceptional it was working with Tracy. My husband and I loved how she…read morewas professional as well as personable. She has been our agent through 3 transactions and each time we are only more happy to have had her expertise. Not only is she very knowledgeable of the market, she does an amazing job communicating about every aspect of your selling/ buying journey from the very first initial visit to closing day. While looking for a new home Tracy was very diligent in making sure we were getting not only exactly what we wanted, but something we were comfortable with financially. We never felt pushed into any decisions or like we were just another sale. She truly cares about taking care of her clients in the best and honest way possible. Will definitely use Tracy in the future with any real estate needs. Thank you Tracy for being to best we could have asked for!!

We contacted Tracy to represent us on selling a waterfront property we own. She gave us excellent…read moreadvice, which led us to decide against selling. In a nutshell, her advice was clearly in our best interests and counter to her own. That level of integrity seems so scarce in today's world! In addition, her estimate of market value was almost identical to a later estimate we needed from an independent appraiser for financing purposes. We wouldn't hesitate to reach for her first on any future real estate activity.

We just purchased a house in the Flathead Lake area, with Dave as our real estate agent. He was…read moreterrific. Dave is easy to deal with and always available, while never pushy or insistent on any course of action. He provides key insights to the local market throughout the process; he knows what is a minor issue; what is a potential problem; and everything in between. His knowledge of construction standards were particularly helpful to us, as we made our purchase remotely and didn't have the opportunity to view our preferred homes until after he did. Dave was kind enough to give us remote, curated FaceTime tours of the properties. His commentary during these tours were spot-on and exceptionally useful. We couldn't have made the purchase without them. Dave also has sound judgment with regard to the transactional aspect of the purchase. He made several seemingly innocuous decisions that turned out to be pivotal in our ability to get the home we wanted. For example, Dave decided to shorten the amount of time afforded the seller to respond to our offer. Although we didn't know it at the time, this turned out to be critical; within 30 minutes of acceptance, the sellers received another offer -- and several more flooded in after that. But thanks to Dave, we were already in pole position. Dave is a patient and thoughtful agent who can deal with difficult clients with equanimity. If you are considering purchasing a home in this area, you owe it to yourself to give Dave a call. We cannot recommend him highly enough.

Sarah is the best! If you are reading this review, you most likely know that one of the first steps…read morewhen deciding to buy or sell a property is finding a realtor. When we decided to buy in Flathead county, we wanted a realtor who worked hard, was responsive, took our desires and constraints into serious consideration, and was an expert in the local area not only in regard to homes, lots, covenants, etc but also knowledge of the many other aspects that matter. We wanted someone with knowledge about the schools, the local businesses, the potential future growth, and someone who would fight for a deal. Possibly most important of all, we wanted someone kind and honest. This is experience should be fun and exciting, and trust is a must. We contacted several realtors, and none seemed quite up to par. And then, we discovered Sarah at Alpenglow Realty. Wow, Sarah not only fulfilled every expectation we had, she brought insight and expertise we didn't even know we wanted. We were difficult clients for Sarah. We expected a lot, and Sarah delivered. In our specific situation, and you may be in one similar, we were not able to travel freely due to Covid. Well, covid is not a problem for Sarah. She went above and beyond using the latest technology to show us listing after listing and make us feel like we were there to see each one. And this is where the honesty part comes in. Because we couldn't be there for every showing, we needed Sarah to be honest with us as she was our representative physically present. We NEVER felt like she was there to make a sale. She provided her honest opinion and blunt feedback as if she was purchasing for her own family. And that's how we felt by the end of our buying process, we felt like Sarah's extended family. We are very happy owners of a property that is perfect in our eyes and it couldn't have been possible without Sarah. We will use Sarah and Alpenglow Realty again without question.
