I went in to ask a simple question that had nothing to do with personal details of my daughter's house since she has learning disabilitie. she was very rude to me and then right when i left called my daughter and proceeded to tell her that she is an adult and needs to do things on her own and that if she cant then maybe she shouldn't be on her own. My daughter didn't even know that i had been in there. At move out time we had another similar incident with the same person. we asked a simple yes or no question and got a run around with very degrading remarks. when you ask to speak to the owner Jill she is always "out of the office" and they refuse to leave her a message.
