My daughter didn't even know that i had been in there. At move out time we had another similar incident with the same person. we asked a simple yes or no question and got a run around with very degrading remarks. when you ask to speak to the owner Jill she is always "out of the office" and they refuse to leave her a message.

I was paying for all these things and they had no problem taking my money but violated Montana law numerous times before I was able to get anything done.
