He provides key insights to the local market throughout the process; he knows what is a minor issue; what is a potential problem; and everything in between. His knowledge of construction standards were particularly helpful to us, as we made our purchase remotely and didn't have the opportunity to view our preferred homes until after he did. Dave was kind enough to give us remote, curated FaceTime tours of the properties. His commentary during these tours were spot-on and exceptionally useful. We couldn't have made the purchase without them. Dave also has sound judgment with regard to the transactional aspect of the purchase. He made several seemingly innocuous decisions that turned out to be pivotal in our ability to get the home we wanted.
