I can't tell you how many times we have gone to look at a specific vehicle only to find out that we didn't meet the qualifications for the price posted or that once we got to a dealership the vehicle had extras not posted in the ad. The entire process of purchasing our vehicle took about half the time than what we have experienced with past purchases. After visiting and working with numerous dealers in the area I heard Idaho has some of the best deals on RAM trucks in the market. The outstanding customer service with Hometown Motors began with Mark Donicht fielding my call and spending over a week working with me over the phone trying to find the absolute best match. We found a new 2500 Laramie that was everything I wanted. I left my house at 1am and drove to Weiser Idaho to where I met Mark in person. He then gave me a ride back the dealership. I've been around a few years now and have dealt with all types of car dealerships and none have come close to the enjoyable and professional experience gained at Hometown. I've left with such a good feeling and confidence that the dealership team was sincere and truly wanted to make the deal right. Took my truck in because the battery kept being drained. They said they would check it out and call…read moreme to let me know. They never called. I had to contact them the next day, only to be told they needed another hour. Again, they were supposed to call, and again they didn't. The next afternoon I went back and they said they needed another hour. They had my truck for 2 days, never bothered to call me when they knew they needed more time, said they found a short, but they could find the main issue, so I told them I would take my truck elsewhere. Then they said I had to wait a half an hour before I could take my truck so they could finish their "process." As I was waiting, the owner called and was very rude and said I wouldn't find anywhere else in Weiser that could do a better job. They ended up charging me 300 dollars. I then took my truck to TNT, formerly Red's, The next morning he told me the problem with my truck was simply one bad battery was draining the other. It had zero shorts, and Wicked wrench had left my wench disconnected, one battery disconnected and my brake lights disconnected. Oh, and he only charged 100 dollars and actually figured out the issue. I 100% do not recommend Wicked Wrench.
