So the front coil overs I purchased are pre assembled so it's just remove the old assemblies and swap these in their place. It's usually about 2 hours labor for each front side and then an alignment. Today the manager, Robert, said no we don't install customer's parts since we give a warranty on our parts. That's a crock of BS as they only want to sell you their parts that they make a profit on. I guarantee you my parts were top shelf in quality. Needless to say they just lost a loyal customer.

Also noticed they are not changing the filter since the last time I changed it and I'm pretty sure using conventional oil instead of the synthetic that I use and adamantly tell her to request. Could she be forgetting to relay the message? Possibly but not likely. My truck is a whole different story. Took it to them to put pressure sensors on my winter wheels and right off the bat, they charged me double what was quoted. Then when they program the new sensors, they take over an hour and somehow unprogram my original sensors in the summer wheels. Then of course they tell me I need new sensors in the summer wheels so I just purchase an additional 4 which I immediately had problems with the programming and stop working within the year. Management takes no responsibility and claims that I only had one or two sensors replaced and wants me to get receipts from last year and bring my winter wheels in which they retract when I say, "sure I'll go get them". Then they act like I'm wasting their time taking up a bay when they never did the job I paid for in the first place. Long story short, they are either incompetent because they don't know what they are doing or scamming because they do know what they are doing. From the way they treat my girlfriend and the other women that I've seen go in there, not to mention the nonsense way they went about the sensor issue, I'd say their a snake oil selling shop and recommend just going to Les Schwab down the street.

Came in for an alignment on my 2000 Tacoma. Had my 2 dogs, so took a walk and waited for a call…read moreback. The alignment "tech" called and said my tie rods and steering gear were too worn and sloppy to align. For a mere $ 1,950.00, he could fix what I knew wasn't broken. I told him to hold off and headed back. As a former mechanic and the only one who has maintained this vehicle since new, his scare tactics about my front end being worn out and unserviceable went nowhere. He stuck to his story, so I left. At home, I took the tie rods off and checked that the steering gear was tight; it was. I went back and asked for the manager. I told him what happened and laid the 2 tie rods on the counter. I offered to pay him the 2,000.00 if he could find slop in them; he could not. His excuses about the predatory tactics of his tech were feeble and basically uncaring. I explained that had I been a customer without my knowledge of mechanics, I would have essentially been robbed of 1,950.00. Go elsewhere.
