He's from Brittany and brings in fresh oysters from the Western coast every day. The oysters were delicious and very fresh, as was the wine with which we enjoyed them. The chef came out to say hello at the end of the meal which is always a nice personal touch to a meal! She is truly a gem :) After dinner we went next door to the bar. Fabulous knowledgeable bartender with a great cocktail list! I love when I go to bars and have drinks I can't make at home and/or have drinks I've never had/seen before, this bar hit all the boxes!!!
